Dominique Swain Played the Best “Lolita”
An especially controversial film version of Lolita directed by Adrian Lyne was released in 1997. While the subject matter of Nabokov’s book has always been controversial, the movie featured a barely 15-year old Dominique Swain as Lolita (the movie was shot in 1995, but released in 1997). Regardless of what you think about the Nabokov, the story or the propriety of a young girl playing that character- Dominique did an incredibly good job playing Lolita.
Enjoy a few stills and promotional shots from that movie- found via google.
and here is a YouTube Clip of her screen-test for that role.

hi
I wonder what she has to show now if they remake the movie after 25 years?
Something like this?

Sorry, jaded by the free porn on the intertubes

I guess so.
Having said that- Dominique was best “lolita” because she had the whole package- face, body, body language.. and those eyes. She does not look that good now, but she totally nailed her character in that movie.
Glad AD for what you said. Frankly I thought her looks “aged”, but was afraid to say so. Some pictures seem to live over the ages, but some looks become less captivating. No offense to Dominique. I agree she was good in the movie. If you see Brooke Shields’ preadolescent pictures they are still captivating after all these years.
See Brooke:
