Bob Kane (the creator of Batman) in his last interview while alive said that he actually hated listening to people making jokes about Batman and Robin’s gay relationship and always gave them a verbal bollocking whenever they implied it. According to him at least, Batman was a playboy womanizer, and the women he slept with always fawned about him.
So, there. According to Bob Kane at least, Batman and Robin are not a gay couple. So, if you consider Kane to be the ultimate authority figure, those panels are just coincidences.
Context, dear Watson.
The creator obviously intended the relationship to be a mentor-pupil one, but some writers and panelists through out the ages sure as hell thought differently.
A higher agenda behind it? Inconceivable.
BTW Holmes&Watson, now there´s another male bonding “ship” turned suspiciously gay in those latest flics.
Guess Marge succeeded in relentlessly pounding the elites agenda into Guy Richies ass, till he liked it.

You’ve got a very fertile imagination man and a radar for homosxuality that is so sensitive that it sees homosexuality everywhere. It is common in India to see guys walk hand in hand and with arms over each other’s shoulders. Heck, some of them even share their mate’s bed. They do not have sex and they are not gay. They’re friggin’ comic book characters! They can be whatever you want them to be! Personally, the idea of the Caped Crusader giving the Boy Wonder some personal attention below the utility belts always gets my cock hard! I loved the way in the TV series Alfred always referred to Robin as “Master Dick” . Indeed!
