Have You Ever Experienced A Paranormal Phenomena?

Let me begin by saying that I have always been a skeptic of everything and anything. However I have known people and even had limited experience in the past with stuff and occurrences that are just too odd and peculiar. We are not talking about full body apparitions, UFO abductions or stuff that is really out there.

Ok.. let me give you two examples.

1. I used to a lot of amateur astronomy in the past. Over the course of many years, I have seen a few objects that were just really odd and hard to explain. We are not talking about flying saucers or aliens, but more mundane stuff such as artificial-satellite like objects that just change direction far too quickly and abruptly. Let me clear about one thing- I have spent thousands of hours looking at the sky through binoculars and telescopes. I know what things as diverse as stars, faint comets, meteors and satellites look like under a variety of atmospheric conditions. I also know enough physics and engineering to say that currently available technology is essentially incapable of doing something like that.

Moreover, I have seen such objects very infrequently- like a few times in many years of looking up with binoculars and telescopes. Initially I dismissed them as some secret technology, but when I look back it is hard to dismiss the possibility that they were of non-terrestrial origin.

2. I am deeply skeptical of the idea of ghosts, spirits and that sort of stuff. However there have been a few instances when I felt something really odd about a couple of places without any reason to feel that way. I also later found out that others who have visited the places in question at different times also felt something odd. Now I can certainly entertain the idea of electro-magnetic fields from equipment giving you a weird feeling of someone else being around you- expect that the places I am talking about had no such equipment.

While I can dismiss individual experiences as borderline hallucinations, it is hard to ignore cases where people who have never met each other go on to experience very similar odd sensations of not being alone in a given place. This is especially the case if there are no electro-magnetic appliances or similar things in or around the place where the events occurred.
