Blaspheming Most Major Religions Is Safe in the 21st Century
A 13-minute clip on YouTube is causing considerable offense to Muslims. Have a look at it-
As you can see, it is a poorly made and heavily dubbed film populated by amateurish actors. Having said that, the points made by the movie about the founder of Islam are largely based on the content of its principal books- the Quran and Hadith.
But what makes followers of that religion so sensitive to any mockery of their faith?
Isn’t it odd that blaspheming other major religions almost never results in violence? For example a well-known satirical website, theonion.com, recently published a picture that is offensive to the other four major regions in the world today- see below.
I guess that Jews, Christians, Hindus and Buddhists are just not as insecure about the basis of their faith, nor do most of them take the contents of their scriptures too literally.

Most people think Muslims are big, macho, brawny meanies who want to dominate others, especially women — which to me, sounds like a good deal. But this is too good to be true.
Islam isn’t about domination. It is about submission. Hell, “Islam” literally means submission. Everyone must be submissive in Islam, not only women, but men, especially men. It isn’t an accident that Muslim men have high-pitched voices, delicate physiques, defeated countenances, with weepy, obedient, servile, effeminate personalities.
In short, the ranks of Islam swarm with beta males who get off on their own betaness. Criticizing their stupid religion really does hurt their feelings. Conservatives like the term “Islamofascists,” which is a misnomer; I find “Islamofaggots” infinitely more descriptive.
