It’s brilliant how those long descriptive musical interludes were adapted from the book to the movie. In the book they were just descriptive pieces not amounting to much other than to highlight PB’s meticulous interest in certain music artists. But in the movie, these were adapted as an interlude before something happening. The best of the three scenes from a dark comedic perspective with the ‘Sussudio’ scene a close second. Besides, ‘Hip to be Square’ is a excellent choice of background music whilst hacking someone to bits.
yeah, in the book, those descriptions would go on for pages….
supposedly because a sociopath lives life with details, but little emotional content–ie a “normal person” would describe how certain music made them feel and the details would be irrelevant….
That was a great movie.
Bosses in corporates are the biggest psychopaths you can find.
They lie, cheat, steal, place blame and deny with impunity.
It’s interesting that women enjoy the company of such men.
The correct reply to that is to reject such women, who usually look for “nice guys” after their looks, mental health and body functions are impaired.
“If the kitten didn’t want me, I don’t want the cat”.
All the suits for Christian Bale were custom tailored. Which is why, if you’re going to con or kill people … look your best.
Really is a great scene
Feminists also just love this movie.
Psychos always like to look at themselves or their ilk and a greatly amused by the hilariously shenanigans.
