Why Lesser Anglo-Saxon Countries Have A Dark Future: 1

I prefer to define lesser Anglo-Saxon countries as those countries which were used to dump poor and retarded anglo-saxons prior to WW2, namely Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In my opinion, their future is much dimmer than that of the USA.

The USA, for all its faults, is not seen by immigrants as a systemically racist society- as far as employment and business opportunities are concerned. In that respect, lesser Anglo-Saxon countries are demonstrably far more discriminatory to immigrants.

It is not widely appreciated that economic discrimination is likely to create far more nastier conflicts that the attitudes of uppity white women.

In Canada, both first generation and second generation non-whites make measurably less than their less-educated white peers. Canucks often try to rationalize this with all sort of bullshit explanation, but nobody who matters cares. White canucks are over represented in the baby-boomer generation and underrepresented in the younger generation (Gen Y- Millenials). Moreover the amount of economic activity necessary to maintain, let alone grow revenue collection, is starting to collapse as these baby boomers pass their maximum income (aka revenue) years and move into their collection (pensions, investments, healthcare) years.

Who is going to pay for them? Why should younger and more-educated nonwhites pay for passive aggressive racist sub-humans? Why not euthanize older Canucks- actively or passively? Why cooperate with their passive aggressive white progeny?

Moving on to Australia.. It is economically somewhat less suckier for immigrants than Canada- but the attitudes of its aging white population do not help their case. They too, like Canada, are overtly dependent on selling their natural resources to other countries- an activity with significant cyclicity. New Zealand is also far too dependent on selling its natural resources and tourism type activities. It appears that racism in NZ is also more similar to Canada (passive-aggressive) than Australia (more overt).

To make a long story short, neither of these three countries have the right socio-economic atmosphere to integrate non-white immigrants to the level where they would defend the system as insiders. As I have often said before, people can detect unfairness and will never fight for a system that is perceived to be treating them as second-class humans or worse.

I will write more based on responses.

Ah, excuse me: Asians, both of the Oriental / East Asian variety, and the South Asian / East Indian variety, have done quite fine in Canada, succeeding not only in business but also even in politics, to the point where they are heavily involved, many serving in Parliament and provincial legislatures.

    Government statistics says otherwise.

NAMs, have indeed not done as well. But then, wherever NAMs are and wherever they go, most of them fail. Which is why there isn’t a First-World NAM country, and few free, democratic NAM nations, and it will ever be thus. NAM countries will always be Third-World hellholes; NAM parts of cities will always be blighted, poor, gun-violence-ridden crack-gang-controlled slums.

Thanks to having less NAMs up here (outside of urban areas), here in rural Canada, we don’t have gun violence problems like you Yanks; it’s not for lack of ownership of guns in rural areas – in fact, country dwellers have most of the rifles and shotguns – but it’s because of the lack of rural NAMs, thank God. May it stay ever thus…

WTF do you mean by your statement that Canada, Australia and New Zealand “were used to dump poor and retarded anglo-saxons prior to WW2”? Britain didn’t “dump” any Anglo-Saxons here and in Oceania; rather, Anglo-Saxons immigrated, of their own accord.

As it is, though, immigrants are taking over the major cities in Canada, because of unchecked immigration and refugee-status-claims – and government-funded ‘multiculturalism’ encourages them to NOT assimilate; it is that, rather than ‘racism’, which threatens social cohesion in this country; and from what I know of our Antipodean cousins, it’s the same down there. Esp. NAMs, who are less inclined than Asians to even try to assimilate…

As for our future, nobody knows, but we’ve always muddled through. Right now, we have a better economy than you all do, Stateside, and a strong currency – which has its own problems vis-a-vis competitiveness, but is still a sign of a healthy economy…

    “Critical thinking”, my ass.

Newsflash: Indians/South asians are NAM’s according to HBD (they come from a Hot climate)

I could sound off atleast “NAM” countries with decent per capita incomes and democratic governments. Hell that includes most of the (british) Carribean left off this list.

      Barbados $22,296
      Boswana $14,800
      St Lucia $10,177
      Brazil (mixed with NAMS) $11.289
      South Africa (majority NAM) $10,243

How dumb/misinformed can you get? The state of education in trailer parks these days I tell ya.

I was recently in Vancouver, BC, and while the metro area is not free of problems, it’s far better off than most areas in the U.S. The racism criticism I don’t get in this case. The city itself is 50 percent visible minority, and the metro area is 40 percent minority, mostly Chinese, South Asian and Southeast Asian. They appear to be economically integrated, and in spite some level of ethnic cliquishness up there, they aren’t confined to a physical ghetto — in fact, there are no true ghettos up there. The various visible minorities, mostly Asians, are evenly distributed throughout every city and suburb in the metro area (although Richmond is disproportionately Asian), and appear to be doing quite well for themselves economically. Multiculturalism appears to the official ideology up there, and most people seem to believe in it — and in an area that does as well as Vancouver, why not? It’s one of those few places where multiculturalism seems to work quite well, in that it seems to have made many avenues of upward mobility available to its population. They don’t have too many ethnic groups that display ghetto behavior, although I’ve read that the descendants of Sikh refugees in Surrey can be kind of thuggish. I believe Toronto has accepted more refugees, however, and has more of a problem with crime. Vancouver has organized crime, but not much in the way of petty street crime — most of its immigrants were people who moved there for work, not refugees.

Lots of young white males walking around with Asian girlfriends up there, although not nearly as many Asian Male/White Female pairings. I haven’t been to Australia, but message boards that I’ve read indicate the white male/Asian female pairing is extremely common there, which makes sense — Aussie males not only have a population of Asian immigrants to choose from, but they’re conveniently just a short flight away from Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Japan.

One hundred years from now, I wouldn’t be surprised if much of Canada, Australia and New Zealand’s population will have a similar phenotype to the current residents of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Xinxiang — lots of mixed race Euro/South Asian/East Asian people, some who look more one than the other and many who fall somewhere in the middle.

I also got to sample the delights of a sweet and stunningly gorgeous Russian lady while up there — and by non-traditional means, if you catch my drift. Another benefit that a place like Canada provides.

Why do third world non-white morons feel the need to move to superior first world predominantly white nations and then bitch about how the country works. I live in Canada and the emergence of stupid fucking Indians that cant even speak English bothers me. These poor fucks love to complain and bitch about white people yet herd to all our first world nations like rats. If you don’t like the way the country is move back to your garbage third world country and develop it up to a first world nation, if its at all possible. If you want a free ride in our superior countries rather then fix your country of origin (these lazy fucks don’t know what hard work is) then shut up that simple. These stupid fucks try to act superior but when you have to move a white majority country, living my peoples lifestyle, and insult me in my own language its just pathetic. Whites countries are by far the most accomplished and have the best living standards. It wasn’t until these fucking lesser humans starting coming here that north American is declining.

I suspect that the lesser Anglo Saxon countries will prosper while the two giants, USA and UK will decline. Australia and NZ and even Canada will probably have a lot of immigrants from the USA and UK. Therefore, there populations will increase substantially. Furthermore, the immigrants will predominantly be relatively young and skilled.
Even in the USA, it can be seen that areas which are at the receiving end of white flight are growing while those losing people, such as Detroit are in decline. I suspect that this trend will become more visibly inter-country based, with Australia and New Zealand being at the receiving end. They both have the advantages of being more roomy, having good weather and being located near growth areas in Asia which increases their trading potential.
By contrast, the USA and UK will decline and the decline will be more easily visible in some areas than others.

You’ve missed a reality that has been stated elsewhere:
These lesser Anglo-Saxon countries treat Asians crappily.

I should know, I’ve lived in New Zealand. Male international students that began and completed their education there, find it very difficult to find a job commensurate with their qualifications.
The females on the other hand … have no lack of job offers. Naturally, the society is quite misandrist. Lots of feminism, but (I repeat myself) the worst offenders are the “Westernised Asian Women”.

I don’t deny what you are saying. But my point is that these countries can receive substantial white immigration from Britain and the USA and grow, without Asian immigration. They do not need Asian immigration if they can have skilled immigrants from elsewhere. In short, the Anglo-Saxon countries will collectively decline, but some of these countries will grow at the expense of the others. I suspect that Australia and New Zealand will be among the winners, largely due to their small size. I suspect that many of the whites they attract will be the white flighters.
Regarding misandry and discrimination against non-white males, this is also observable in the UK and USA, and has been commented on particularly in relation to African Americans, but no doubt exists for others as well.

Few white people will tolerate being underpaid for a chance to be a part of a “lesser” country.
Many of the Asians will, because they are scared their visas won’t be approved.

The white flighters have the means to buy property, so the local kiwis and Maoris will be moaning (in anger, and maybe pleasure) … however, the pay scale in NZ is lower than the other white countries.

Explain to me again how those whites enjoy being poor or having to downgrade their lifestyles? Australia and New Zealand have very high living costs.

P.S. Kiwis HATE Australians, Americans and British.
        according to them,
the Australians “steal everything Kiwis do and claim ownership over cultural icons”
the Americans “have no respect for anyone”
the British “are always whinging and whining”.

Note: 25% of New Zealand’s population … live and work overseas.
Seems they can’t stand NZ either 🙂

When white people whinge about each other, it is just for show. White people actually prefer each other to non-whites. Even the evidence shown on this blog elsewhere indicates this to be the case. Whites don’t whinge about non-whites, they just avoid them.

The history of Europe (including all those world wars) says otherwise. It is very easy to get whites to hate and kill each other on an industrial scale.

Pay in Australia is higher than in Britain, though the living costs are also higher.
I knew an Asian family that lived in New Zealand for a few years. They knew British people who had moved to New Zealand. They asked them why they had moved to NZ (as they couldn’t see why people would leave a 1st World country like Britain) and the reply was that by selling their modestly sized property in Britain, they could buy a huge property in NZ and live like millionaires.

Australia will be owned (controlled) by China within a couple of decades. The only question is whether it will be mostly voluntarily or not.

The reality is that both Australia and NZ are large countries with huge area of space, in comparison to Britain which is crowded and has high property prices.
I have seen surveys undertaken in the UK that suggest that large numbers of Britons would consider moving abroad, and the preferred country is usually Australia. Furthermore, British citizens have an advantage in Australia, that after living in Australia for 3 years, they can obtain Australian citizenship without giving up British citizenship. So it is very easy for them to become dual citizens (a privilege no other nationality, not even the Irish have).
Generally, there is a large number of people who transfer between the UK and Australia and NZ (in both directions). Some of these people settle in the other country. In general, there seems to be a net inflow from the UK to Australia.

        Nobody cares..

It is a nice idea to think that the more overtly racist (than Britons or Americans) Aussies and Kiwis will get their comeuppance one day and wish they had treated the Asians better. But this is just a fantasy of Asian immigrants who are both desperate to belong with and hang with whites and at the same time angry at every slight they receive from those same whites. The reality is that some parts of the Western World will decline and fall and some will stay afloat. It would be nice to think that the racists will be the losers, but it probably won’t work that way. In fact, the more racist countries may do better and precisely because they were racist, they may attract white flighters from elsewhere. Even many of the non-racist whites will move to whiter areas and whiter countries when their interests dictate.

The white west is fucked for systemic reasons. Also you are assuming that the white west has a favorable demographic profile.

The question is how this will pan out in the US itself. Because of its size, the impact will differ between different parts of the USA with some states and cities declining fast and others staying afloat.
I suspect that the future will not be that different from the present, only that the current trends will accelerate (and at some point the USA will have to give up being a major World power). There will be more movement of whites. Usually, in this process the better qualified and wealthier whites will do the moving and the rest will have to stay put. Whites may prefer each other but they are not particularly loyal to each other and not likely to try to save the losers (Asians, Blacks and Latinos are not loyal to each other either). So there will be many older and poorer whites stuck in the declining areas while there will be many non-whites in areas staying afloat. Even the Asians will run to the areas that are staying afloat, even while complaining of racism.
It would be a good thing if non-whites tried to uplift areas of decline using their own initiative, but there is little sign of that happening. Perhaps the Asians, (both Southern and Eastern) could move to Detroit and unite with the black population and also invite some Latinos in and regenerate Detroit. Then even the whites may move back in and the non-whites can even have the pleasure of wagging the finger at the whites. It would be a great thing if these types of scenarios would materialise. But I see no sign of anything like this. Instead, Asians keep running after whites. Therefore, based on their own behaviour, (and not on their cyber fantasies) their fates are tied with those of the whites, and any decline that whites face will also lead to the decline of Asians (and Blacks and Latinos as well) in the West.

        That remains to be seen.

The cake of decline will not be handed on a plate for whites only to eat while the bounties of the future are enjoyed by the non-whites. Rather, the decline will disproportionately affect non-whites who with their dependent hanger-on mentality (even the Asians, especially the Asians) will not be able to cope. At any rate, the future in the USA is not bright for lonely aging Indian software engineers who spent all their hard earned money on hookers. Therefore, instead of daydreaming revenge fantasies, try to come up with realistic strategies for surviving the future which will include a lot of decline for a lot of people of all races in the West.

        —-

You might have noticed that most physical products made today are not made in the west. Also the west has NO technological edge over the east. Infact, the west has entered an age of progressive stagnation and a technological death spiral for about two decades now.

I think that you are correct with how Westernised Asian women may discriminate against new Asian males entering the West. These women aspire, almost to the last woman among them, to socialise with and to date and marry whites and don’t want any Asian males on the scene if they can avoid them. In particular they hate it when an Asian male gets married to a white female. This seems bizarre when you consider that they are themselves not interested in an Asian male for anything. I suspect that they like to think they are leaving Asians behind by becoming white, and any Asian male who marries a white woman somehow shatters that idea for them. I think this pathology affects both East Asian and South Asian women as I have observed it in both these groups.

The sad reality for you is that younger generations in the rest of the world no longer see or believe in white superiority. I would do further and say that most non-whites below a certain age look down on whites. That is a far bigger problem for a terminally declining bunch like you.

But this is why it is so stupid for an Asian male to hate whites. No matter what whites do, Asians are usually worse, especially Asian females. So if an Asian male wants to get ahead in a Western country, they have no choice but to integrate with whites who are the only people who will give them a break and to marry a white woman (or bring a wife from back home) as marrying a Westernised Asian female is a non-starter.

Just to clarify, when I mentioned Asians having a dependent hanger on mentality, I was only referring to Asians living in the West and seeking to assimilate, not to those living in Asia, who I believe have a great future, independent of the West.

Well.. many non-whites who immigrated to the west before the 1990s had that attitude. However that is no longer the case- and that change is irreversible.

New Zealand citizens can become dual citizens with the US.

On the flip side, why bother? Permanent residency through birth or lineage is much better (I have that).
It will be nice to leave with some booty(all types) once I get an expedition underway

P.S. Asians can “live in the West” … without kowtowing. Citizens don’t have to agree with their government … only follow the laws. Also, assimilation is a 2 way street.

Peter Bills caused outrage when he criticised NZ as ‘100% rip-off’.
I love welcoming people to our beautiful, friendly country, but I’m becoming increasingly uncomfortable about our prices. New Zealand is an expensive destination and it’s getting worse. We all remember the uproar when British rugby commentator Peter Bills described New Zealand as 100 per cent rip-off rather than 100 per cent Pure.

It felt like harsh criticism at the time, but it rightly forced us to look at just how expensive we are relative to the rest of the world.

This week the Productivity Commission published a paper by Victoria University Professor Norman Gemmell, which looked in depth at our prices relative to the rest of the OECD.

It turns out we punch above our weight in all the wrong ways. We may be relatively poor in terms of spending per capita, but the prices we charge and are charged are much higher than our wealth suggests.

Gemmell looked first at tradable goods and services, which are those where the price is set on international markets, which means things we export or import, or things that have to compete with those traded goods.

He found our tradable prices were the ninth highest in the OECD, even though our spending per capita was the 22nd highest.

Second, he looked at non-tradable prices, which includes things such as electricity, government services, real estate and construction, where there is no international competition. Our prices in 2005 were the 19th highest in the world, which was also higher than where we should have been relative to our spending power.

Gemmell used the deepest data available that could be compared with other countries, which was for 2005. More recent data from the World Bank for 2011 shows we’re the 11th most expensive in the world, up from 22nd in 2005.

So, if anything, the prices Bills paid for car hire, wine, restaurants and clothes when he wrote his 2011 article in the New Zealand Herald were worse than in 2005.

A French woman called Marion has been sacked for refusing to accept being called by a different name.
The 27-year-old was dismissed by her boss just weeks after securing the role as a trainee commercial assistant at a small firm that makes medical equipment, based in Toulouse.
But Marion, whose surname is unknown, was abruptly fired after a dispute with her manager over her first name, according to local newspaper La Dépêche du Midi.
‘He wanted me to change my name from Marion to Marie, because clients could confuse me with another Marion that worked in the same department,’ -she told the newspaper.

And in Australia they wonder why so.many immigrants end up on welfare – this article explains it perfectly. My parents were given the scum jobs to do and I know that because I have a funny last name things haven’t been as easy for me as if I was a Smith or Jones or an Andrews etc. The discrimination is subtle but there. Australia also has a massive old boys network that goes back to what school you attended. Even in my 40’s I still get asked what school I attended. I now reply – Boys Town (it’s a school for troubled and homeless kids). They look at me perplexed…

The “white countries” (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States) have been living off of the myth of being meritocracies to get the best and brightest people of colour to work for cheap or cover the ass of their bosses, for a very long time.
But I suspect that gravy train is running out. And they’re not making enough of their own people who are willing to work for cheap or accept unearned blame.

I think many bright immigrants have wasted their energy in the West. I know qualified Asian professionals who moved to the Anglo Saxon countries who ended up doing second rate jobs for which they were overqualified. Also, many immigrants who do enter the profession of their choice still do not reach as high a degree of success as perhaps they merited.

I think that the greater tragedy is that so many whites, who are mentally stuck in a previous era, are still alive. But disability and death from old age will fix that problem soon.

The reasons are complex but subtle middle class discrimination is a part of this. Middle class whites think they are being generous by merely allowing non-whites to enter and participate (which is true at one level), as opposed to those they would consider to be the “real racists” (i.e. lower class skin head or KKK types) who don’t want non-whites in their countries at all. But these middle class whites do not want total equality, especially when it affects their own promotion prospects. This exists in all Anglo Saxon countries, and is probably least strong in the USA and probably worst in Oz/NZ. (It is even worse in France).

It does not matter anymore. I am actually enjoying the effects of the post-2000 economy on the lives and future prospects of middle-class whites and their progeny. It is fun to watch non-rich whites (the 99%) getting screwed over by the very people (1%) they used to slave and cheer for.

Despite this, however, more Asians still seek to come, and the Anglo countries can institute significant immigration controls and still manage to get plenty of people from outside. The reason discrimination happens is because they can get away with it. Furthermore, many Asians stay in Oz/NZ because of the education system and because they believe (rightly or wrongly) that their children will have it better.

Actually, that particular process stopped over a decade ago. Perhaps you are still living in the 1990s- which would not be surprising. The people who move to other countries nowadays do so as a decision based in business-like thinking, rather than some desperate quest for a “better” life.

Even the Arabs are able to get millions of South Asian workers to come in and build their buildings and clean their homes, despite the terrible treatment and quite low pay they give them. So it is no surprise that the Anglo Saxons will be able to obtain Asians for some time yet.

That is what subhuman retards like you still don’t understand. The educated professional types who could not have a materially prosperous lifestyle in their countries of birth in previous eras can do that with increasing ease now. They have therefore little incentive to take crap from inferiors like yourself. This does not mean that they will not move around the world. Infact, they are doing so in increasing numbers. It is just that they will do on terms that are in their favor.

Therefore, I suspect that the gravy train has not yet run out, though it would be a good thing if it did.
It is a wasteful system, because the immigrants have skills that are often needed badly back home, but they would rather go to Oz/NZ and get paid more for an inferior job. So the immigrants are themselves being greedy and putting money ahead of professional satisfaction and a desire to improve their own countries. So they can’t complain too loudly when they are treated as second class citizens.

You can keep masturbating to that mental porn.. but the era you want to live in has been over for over a decade.

And it’s fucked here in China too. I work at a foreign company making a foreign wage that is light years beyond the average Chinese person, and there is no way in hell that even I could afford to purchase a house here (not that I would anyway though), even in middle of nowhere coal country. The only upside is that rent here is stupidly cheap…I could quite literally rent my current place for about 50 years before I would come equal to the purchase price.
The only way the men here are able to buy a house, and you must buy a house to be able to get married (and a car for that matter), is to have had their parents save up for their entire lives and buy one for them. Otherwise it is literally impossible for the average Chinese person to buy a house.
The most amazing part is that there are thousands of completely empty houses (totally empty, as in concrete walls, no floors, etc) because the wealthy (well, wealthier) have been buying them for investment as it’s one of the only forms of investment they can participate in aside from the rigged stock market (not allowed to invest overseas).

Is this a fact or some ones wet dream? I read that Saudi Arabia still has 250 billion barrels of proven reserves of oil. Arabs are going to be rich for a long time in the future even if the oil runs out in the next twenty years which it is not. 250×4 = Trillion dollars. They can afford to hire Americans soon as domestic help; the way U.S. economy is loosing jobs to outsourcing.

You forgot the PRICE of the oil. There’s no point in having lots of a resource, if the sale price exceeds the infrastructure and extraction cost. The oil & gas & mining downturn is, for example, hitting Australia VERY hard right now.

One thing I respect about whites is their pragmatism. Even when the situation gets bad, they will try to find a way of working things out or they will move on. Indians on the other hand will sit around in the same place bitterly plotting revenge and growing old.
Once, when Ratan Tata decided to give compulsory retirement to all the staff over the age of 57 at his firm, many of them protested and kept coming into the office and trying to hang on to the job that they had been fired from. One even kept turning up for decades after he had been fired, into his 90s. No white man would be so stupid.
Sitting around bitterly waiting or this or that macro trend to reek vengeance on those you hate is a poor life strategy. Only an Indian would be so stupid as to embark on it.
At any rate, too much bitterness and resentment can make one’s face ugly over the years. This will only further reduce one’s chances with women of any race. Eventually, one reaches a point of no return, probably sometime before 50. After that, one becomes an invisible ethnic minority ghost whom no one notices.

It is easy for whites to be pragmatic when they have all the opportunities and chances of success. It does not show any strength of character. Think white privilege.

With Indians/south Asians it is not the case. After a long ordeal they end up in some dead end job with little mobility; both in India or the U.S. So they tend to be reactionary. You are correct probably that they become hateful and revenge types.

Your anectode about Tata’s employees returning to work for years even after terminated is interesting. Some Indians can be that foolish.

    – For a 30-year house loan for a property valued at 1,000,000 … the monthly payments are 5,600.
    – That means that unless you buy the property in cash – the ACTUAL cost is 5,600 x 12 x 30 = 2,016,000.

Enjoy telling me about how “white people everywhere will come out on top”, as … the median per-capita income in the USA is $ 26,363/ year (~$2,200 per month), can most people save a worthwhile amount of money?

Methinks a huge amount of people are actually … being given charity by not being foreclosed on, specifically due to their race … as the gubmint doesn’t want anarchy. And it’s not the minorities getting this treatment 🙂

So what do the older men think of the dynamic women who defy aging (i.e. old biddies)?
        http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-3355416/JAN-MOIR-ladies-cruel-old-boys-looking-love.html
‘What about men in their twilight years?’ wrote 82-year-old Neil Chambers from Hertfordshire? Since divorcing 34 years ago and trying his luck online, Mr Chambers says he has yet to meet ‘a lady with whom I had any spark or romantic feeling’ — apart, that is, from the ‘charming, intelligent wives of my male friends’.
It’s not that he hasn’t tried.
‘Some of the dinner dates or coffee evenings were an embarrassing waste of money and time. I just couldn’t wait to get shot of stupid, unhappy, often mentally deficient women who were not ever attractive or well-dressed, real NO HOPERS,’ he fumed.
Clive Greenman emailed to say that he is a ‘dark-haired, fun chap, director of a couple of companies’ and that he also has ‘my own house, teeth and hair’.
Lonely: Esther Rantzen has been single since her husband Desmond Wilcox (above) died in 2000
Lonely: Esther Rantzen has been single since her husband Desmond Wilcox (above) died in 2000
Clive is an enthusiastic online dater and sounds like a catch, but can he find a woman online to share his life? No, he cannot.
Five minutes after arriving, one recent date told him she used to take a lot of cocaine and was currently banned from driving — now let’s go home to meet mum! Er no, let’s not.
Another date turned out to be a Ugandan scammer, and last month, when he took a lady out to dinner in Banbury, he was taken aback when she ‘nicked a bottle of wine from the restaurant’.
Yet Clive still lives in hope. ‘I did a four-hour round trip to meet a headmistress for a drink. We had a great chat and lovely chemistry, then she told me she was actually married but happy to have a twice-weekly romp.’
Clive, who is looking for a ‘long-term, loving relationship’ was appalled.
‘Can I meet a nice NORMAL lady? No!’ he writes.
The most common complaint from the chaps was that female dates expected them to pay for everything.
The second most popular gripe was women getting drunk. And last in this unholy trinity was the women’s lack of effort when travelling to meet.
‘It is always the man who has to get into a car or on to a train,’ says Bruce B, from Newcastle.
‘Men get blamed for everything,’ writes a Mr Brian Fleming, who is ‘approaching 71’ and whose vast experience of online dating has left him somewhat disillusioned.
‘If you don’t have a pile of money, then women move quickly on to the next chap,’ he complains.

        Ooof!
        No wonder!
His main beef is with what he calls the ‘dinner ladies’ — so named because they are always trying to winkle a free feed out of their dates. He’s developed his own strategy to deal with them.
‘Even when you meet for coffee, they try to wangle a free dinner. So I say to them, sorry, we agreed coffee — and anyway, I am having dinner with my family later.
‘Then I just watch the dinner ladies’ faces turn into a gurning exhibition.’
        Oh girls, is this true?
I also received reports of men being invited in for coffee only to find themselves ‘being wrestled on to the sofa of a dingy flat by a lunatic’ or surprised when a date ‘turned up already drunk and proceeded to get drunker’ or ‘just sat there and talked about herself and her ex-husband all night’.
Another correspondent despairs because on more than one occasion women have ‘proposed to me within the week’. There were several along the lines of ‘she sent me a photograph of her gorgeous blonde self — but when I met her, I realised it had been taken 30 years and three stones ago’.

At any rate, there is no point in being bitter and angry at white people because it makes them feel smug. Instead, it is better to live a better life than them and out do them where possible.
Many Anglos feel worry and envy when they see non-white countries like India and China moving ahead. And most middle class Anglos are envious of wealthy non-whites, be they in the Third World or First World. But they are quite happy to see non-whites as non-threatening losers and failures.
The same goes for dealing with women. It is better to have a good life than to show bitterness towards them. Also, where women are concerned, they are not bothered about MGTOW men because they believe that MGTOW men are failures that they wouldn’t be interested in anyway. Also, they can’t distinguish between a MGTOW man and any other man who is single. Aging women only get upset when they see men getting together with other women, especially if the women are younger than them. Then the aging women feel insecure. This is especially true if you end up having children and they are childless.

And another post in the same vein:
Why would a woman wear sexy clothes to get attention from strangers when she’s in a relationship?

Because there is literally no difference in a woman’s mind between being in a relationship and being single. Whether she has a man waiting for her at home or not, she still wants all eyes on her when she’s out and about doing her daily routine. They are narcissists and love the validation. A woman isn’t going to let something like a “relationship” get in the way of her biological, primitive need to be on a sexual pedestal. Women get off on the fact that they are out of your league and don’t consider you human. Although they’d prefer to be persued by a Chad Thundercock, a close second sadistic joy is her feeling oppressed by being desired by a sub8. They want to feel like distressed damsels. They love the victimhood of being desired by and getting attention from a sub8, yet despise the sub8 himself.

The greatest joy a woman can have — besides barebacking a Chad — is knowing that she is effectively castrating an incel by denying him sex. She hopes he can’t find it elsewhere with another woman. That’s why women are against prostitution. They don’t want incels to have options: a woman wants her rejection to be significantly devastating to an incel.

    1. Even if you work hard, it is very unlikely you will progress in your field, as others better at playing politics will ensure you are overlooked

    2. Your qualifications don’t matter if others don’t need your expertise or think they are fake or not related to the work at hand

There is a reason why these “lesser Anglo-Saxon” countries have no-time-limit welfare. They understand that people either not welcome or not allowed to progress in their society, have some very good reasons to tear it apart.

But perhaps they should be looking more at women, specifically the women who drink while pregnant: Fetal Alcohol Spectrum disorder (more accurately called: Mother’s Alcoholic Boon) … is behind many criminals and psychopaths. And keeps a large number of police, social workers and activists employed. When the reality is actually, many of the FAS people are simply … brainless (at least when it comes to having impulse control).

Nah, who am I kidding, they won’t. They should enjoy the sprees of stabbings to come.

Psychological and emotional abuse becomes a criminal offence in Ireland under new domestic violence laws
‘Coercive control’ – physical or emotional abuse of a spouse or partner – became a criminal offence in Ireland as of this week, when the Domestic Violence Act 2018 came into effect.

So that men can “observe how equal the law they live under is” I would very much like to see women also get punished with jail time for this.
Want to bet that’s not what women expect when they say “Men and women are equal?”

Hundreds of foreigners who had their visas cancelled after committing serious crimes are being spared deportation by national security officials, with the government facing questions over how a drug trafficker was allowed to remain in Australia despite spending nearly a decade in prison and offshore detention.

Amid a heated political clash between Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Opposition Leader Bill Shorten over border integrity, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age can reveal criminals are using an opaque process to have their mandatory visa cancellations overturned by Department of Home Affairs officials, the minister or assistant minister.

Lel, the minister working for criminals. Your tax dollars at work folks!

Brenton Tarrant has just ensured that New Zealanders (especially those living in Crimechurch), will have to go out of their way to prove they’re not racist to people of colour.

On the flip side he played meme music like Roast Kebab, and anime music from Initial D.

Oh well, “never had a terrorist attack” New Zealand, your clean record (from the days of Rainbow Warrior) ends now.

Wait … Brenton Tarrant is white. OK then, it’s not a terrorist attack. He was a “gunman”, lel.

I thought they had strict gun control in NZ.. lol

They have strict gun control in New Zealand, if you’re not white.

Of course, they will use the “policies and procedures” track as Louise Alexandra calls it, to enforce the racism under the guise of “bureaucracy” and “doing things legally”.

    • P Ray
      March 31, 2019 at 10:18 am

Theory of “strict gun control only if you’re not white” is proven accurate:
      1. Tarrantino was a foreigner, but ALLOWED to buy guns in New Zealand!
      2. Bruce Rifle Club had complaints waved off.
      3. It wasn’t considered suspicious that nobody outside the gun club had met Tarrantino or spoken with him.
      4. People from Bruce had spoken about open rifle carry as “if people can do that with surfboards, why not rifles?”.
      5. They ignored warnings from a former New Zealand army soldier about the dangers Bruce Rifle club members would pose.

Anyone else need it uploaded let me know, eh? This message had to be longer than (the) 14 words, mainly because I have a proper vocabulary, and I’m not White, but speak and write in English with greater fluency than many of the natives …

This will also serve as a benchmark to the question, have our videogames been accurate?

If we don’t listen to these manifestos and try to understand where “people of action” are coming from, we’re going to be seeing more of this “backdoor action”, and it’s certainly not going to be pleasant.

I remember the old 3Dfx ad campaign where they were asking if the colour of the texture was accurate when compared to plasma-seared flesh.

Soldier of Fortune II is the closest, but I am always open to a better shooter experience. Not to mention, it saves the money and time of having to conduct everything secretly, then put your own life on the line.

On the flip side if you don’t finish a level you’ve wasted your time. There’s always a cost, whether you fail or succeed.

0:08 – Picks camera up to affix to head and show weaponry. Rifles, shotguns, magazines, visible kneepads and camo: “Let’s get this party started.”
0:30 – “Remember lads – subscribe to PewDiePie”
0:40 – Starts up car, GPS says “Turn right at the Hills Drive(?)” Fingerless gloves are visible.
0:50 – GPS: Turn left at X, then the same left towrads the city drive.
1:14 – Driving – Begins playing “Remove Kebab.”
3:10 – Stops car. He mumbles, turns down the radio, turns camera to his face, makes a grimace. Sits quietly until 3:38 when he turns the music back up. He sits and listens until…
4:15 – Fiddles with his rifle, turns the light on, it has a strobelight sort of effect.
4:20 – Starts driving again, saying something inaudible.
4:52 – Another song begins, eastern europeany marching tune?
5:02 – Arrives at mosque, drives down long driveway and parks so that he blocks off the driveway.
5:57 – Gets out of car with rifle immediately after arriving.
6:00 – Goes into trunk, grabs shotgun. Still mumbling inaudibly but he sounds chipper.
6:28 – Walks past person leaving mosque and into the gates of the mosque.
6:35 – Two men are standing in front of the doors, he shoots at both of them. They go both down, one crawls away but is shot again. He drops the shotgun and switches to the rifle. It says “14” on it twice as well as “kebab remover” and other stuff.
6:56 – He enters an open area and fires freely, people are crowded in the corners to hide. This is an ineffective strategy. He checks the corners as he fires into the corner with the people. Lots of people die.
7:02 – Legitimately heroic act as guy tries to tackle him, but fails and gets shot down.
7:14 – He changes magazines. Moaning and guttural screaming in the background.
7:24 – He reenters the open area after checking the entrance and shoots at people hiding in the other corner. Lots of people die.
7:38 – He’s just firing indiscriminately into the pile of bodies in the corner at this point. There’s probably people playing dead in the piles. Occasional yelps from the pile.
7:54 – New mag, still shooting into the pile of bodies. This honestly looks like “No Russian” from Call Of Duty.
8:24 – Notices someone playing dead, shoots him. A man runs from the exit and apparently makes it, the shooter fires a few bullets towards the doors.
8:35 – He runs towards the exit, picks up one of his magazines from the ground. He walks over a couple of dead bodies and carefully exits with his gun up. He starts sprinting when he sees no one is there.
8:58 – He shoots at someone who is pretty far away. He heads back to his car where we hear the Waffen SS Choir remix – most faniys for being used by live internet streaming superstar @Null as a stream intro https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlGSEl97-Jc&bpctr=1552619837
9:26 – Goes into his trunk, which he left open, strangely, and drops his current rifle to the ground in exchange for one with a larger scope. Says “Bitch” and runs back out the sidewalk and towards the mosque.
10:15 – Fires at a person in the distance towards the mosque. Says something like “Looks like you won’t get the bird today boys.”
10:30 – Back to the mosque. Loud moans from the people inside.
10:45 – Not sure what’s going on with the music but it’s apparently being played from his person now, I believe he may have grabbed his phone from the car. Still listening to the Waffen SS Choir remix.
10:46 – Back into the open area with the piles of bodies. He shoots a guy that was sitting up and probably others.
11:00 – Just shooting corpses like an exceptional individual.
11:46 – He exits the mosque and fires at a woman fleeing. He hits her from like 30-40 feet away. The woman falls down near his car and begs for her life, he walks right up to her and shoots her.
12:13 – Arrives back at car, as soon as he does, “Fire” by Arthur Brown starts playing.
12:26 – He pulls off. “You’d have thought that was planned”
12:50 – Shoots at his own car’s front window with pump action shotgun. Doesn’t break, drives forward, tries again, nope.
13:26 – Shoots the passenger side window which instantly breaks, tries to fire again, gun doesn’t fire. He drives off.
13:45 – Driving fast and breathing hard. New music, don’t know what it is. Honks his horn at a crosswalk, driving wrecklessly
14:20 – Laughs, says something like “Mags(?) go down instantly.” Driving carelessly down the middle of the road between cars.
15:00 – He mumbles, something about something he list. “Shit happens.”
15:05 – “Left one full magazine back there I know for sure. Possibly more.” “Had to run along in the middle of the firefight and pick up the mags and fell out pretty much fucking instantly.” “There was so many people the carpark was full so there’s no real chance.” Sirens, an ambulance passes him. “Gas Gas Gas” from Initial D plays.
15:55 – Weaving in and out of traffic. Possibly says “A little Need For Speed action”
      16:55 – Feed cuts

For all you trivia fans, the po-faced accordion player of “Remove Kebab” / “Serbia Strong” is Novislav Djajic … accordion player by day, war criminal by night … master’s degree in Art and Music.
To add context, apparently (unverified) family killed while away by “OPFOR”. So he went to work with the Serb paramilitaries. Again (unverified) team members say he was a loner and didn’t stick to battle plan. And (unverified) he used to play his accordion near the dead bodies of enemies after missions.

Sentenced to 5 years in jail for war crimes according to official sources. Will he raise the accordion again?

Is life getting tougher? The squeeze facing Australia’s middle class
    Shane Wright
    By Shane Wright
    April 11, 2019 — 5.01am

Ahead of an election campaign that will be dominated by appeals to a “fair go” and “equality”, a report from the OECD released on Thursday said high-income earners in Australia were grabbing a larger share of national income, leaving less for the rest.

Looks like they’re slowing down on the “I earn 100 times more than you because I work 100 times harder jive”.

Australia is one of four rich nations – including Britain, the US and the Netherlands – where there has been a “significant fall” in the number of people on middle and upper-middle incomes.
In Australia, as a permanent resident or citizen whose parents are not nationals, from another article … For example, if a couple in Australia wants to act as financial backers for their parents, they will need to earn a combined $115,475 a year, instead of $45,185. A single person who wants to vouch for their parents will need to earn $86,606, rather than $45,185.40.
Effectively, if parents “send their kids to Australia or New Zealand with the idea it will set them up for life” … they are allowing their kids to be kidnapped, because they will never see them again, since the income requirements are ridiculously high (Australia) or they will never get the family reunification visa since it has been abolished (New Zealand)

The Government’s new parent visa category is just for the rich and “blatantly discriminatory”, an immigration adviser says.

The previous Government in late 2016 temporarily closed the category, citing a growing cost to taxpayers and a need for a review. Immigration New Zealand has not considered applicants from the category since.

But the policy is returning with fish hooks.

Where previously a single earner had to make $65,000 a year to sponsor a parent, they’ll now need to earn $106,000 and about $159,000 if they want to bring two parents. That’s three times the median New Zealand income.

A couple will have to earn over $159,000 to be joined by one parent and $212,000 by two.

Auckland-based immigration adviser Gerard Cohen said while reopening the category was a positive step, the income thresholds were simply beyond most people on the waiting list, and “elitist”.

Enjoy New Zealand. The high income requirements are just to prop up a lot of welfare where it has previously been proven … that 80% of the criminal cases, arise from just 20% of the population.
and of course, where locals who prey on Asians … get an 18month jail sentence, despite an extensive rap sheet including carjacking and keeping the child passenger in there during the process

Mandeep Singh Bela has written down how the new Parent Category visa is unfair … but as usual, many Asians fail to see how:
1.”kissing ass towards white countries allows them to treat Asians badly”
        AND
2.”Asians are too scared to point out how white people are given unfair advantages … who’s going to check that the parents of white people given residency via this new parent category … actually meet the requirements?” … remember, the US for example has around 500,000+ white immigrant OVERSTAYERS that they close an eye to.

The footage shows a CR&R garbage truck with smoke billowing from its rig in Calimesa, which police identified as the cause of the blaze
Under dry and windy conditions, Shawn Melvin says he tried to warn the driver to dispose of the burning trash elsewhere, recognizing the danger
But Melvin said his desperate cries were met only with a vacant stare from the driver, before he dumped the load of burning garbage near Sandalwood Drive
Within minutes, the fire quickly erupted, growing to more than 800 acres in size and roaring through the Villa Calimesa Mobile Home Park, destroying 76 homes
Two people have died in the blaze, including 89-year-old great-great-grandmother Lois Arvickson, who was on the phone to family at the time
Investigators now say they’re working to determine whether the CR&R driver acted unlawfully when he discarded the trash
It’s not yet clear what criminal charges the driver – or other members of the garbage crew – could face, if any
On Saturday evening, authorities said the Sandalwood Fire was 25 percent contained, up from 10 percent on Friday

Good news for anyone who paid up their insurance and need to claim though!

In light of the fact that I want to immigrate to Canada from South Asia what do you think is the best country to immigrate to based on the conversation above? Please give some pointers.

If you are migrating without the:
      1. guarantee of a good job with worker protections
      2. chance of a family with a wife who isn’t a feminazi
      3. diaspora that is not white-worshipping

I don’t really see benefits to the migration, only down sides, because:
      1. you can be fired and lose your visa
      2. end up with a wife who doesn’t respect you
      3. get bad advice from “community leaders only interested in their position and not what happens to people of their same race overseas”.

Only if legal prostitution is what you’re after.
A lot of disputes there get settled outside court, via guns or hitmen.
Also the police are corrupt (son of Red Bull founder killed a cop and has still escaped justice while living there).
On the other hand foreigners that get killed there, the murderers are rarely found and/or prosecuted.
You can own property as a foreigner in Thailand, but your options are limited (mostly new developments).
Also be prepared for the mentality of “we’ll agree to everything, but later not everything is delivered – never say no, even when lacking)
English is not commonly spoken there.

On the flip side to the bad side about Thailand …
it also has an expat community of Russians,
so at least when you need to find a hottie there is a supply nearby
I suspect the Thai gangs will leave the Russians alone.

Australia is a lucky country run mainly by second rate people who share its luck. The son-in-law of a beloved grandmother who was threatened with deportation because of her ill health has vowed to make it his life’s work to ensure no other families suffer the same way, following the 93-year-old’s death.

Mollie Manley died in her sleep at a nursing home in Perth on Thursday morning, just a few weeks after authorities had given her 28 days to leave the country because she was blind and failed the health requirement test under the permanent residency visa.

“She went downhill from the time she had to go for the medical (test) for the visa,” he told SBS News.

While the stress of the situation may have been a contributing factor in her death it wasn’t the single reason, Mr Rowe added.

“I think her having to be taken for the medical (test) just caused her body to go into decline because she was quite weak then.”

Following the reality of people elect politicians, who when in office then help their friends … I’m not sure the protest is going to go anywhere, unless maybe guns are involved.

Hundreds of scientific research papers published by Australian scientists have been found to be unreliable or compromised, fuelling calls for a national science watchdog.

For the first time, a team of science writers behind Retraction Watch has put together a database of compromised scientific research in Australia.

    Less
FOUNTAINDALE, Australia (AP) — Deb Ware stared in numb horror at her son, a frail, 22-year-old man in diapers who looked like he’d had a stroke.

This was hardly Sam Ware’s first dance with death in the years since his addiction to pharmaceutical opioids began with a simple wisdom tooth extraction; in just the past 12 months, he overdosed more than 60 times.

But on this day in June, inside this hospital in Australia, his mother wondered if it would be his last.

For three years, she had battled to save his life, a lonely war against a system that made pharmaceutical opioids cheap and easy to get, in a country that has quietly endured what was once thought to be a uniquely American crisis of skyrocketing opioid addiction and deaths.

And yet despite all her efforts to rescue her son from an addiction funded largely by her government, here she was: Standing by, helpless, as doctors prepared to place her child in a coma.

“Say goodbye to your son,” she heard a doctor say.

Was this goodbye for now, or goodbye for good? How do you say goodbye to your only child?

So she simply kissed him and told him that she loved him. She told him he’d get through this, though she wasn’t sure he would.

And then, unable to bear the fear on his face for a moment longer, she turned and walked out of the room.

    ___

On the opposite end of the earth from America, where the opioid epidemic has left 400,000 dead, Australia is facing its own crisis of soaring opioid use and fatal overdoses . It has all unfolded despite the glaring warnings from the U.S., and despite more than a decade of warnings from Australian health professionals about a looming disaster.

On the Central Coast, around two hours north of Sydney, the Ware family is one of thousands across Australia locked in a life-or-death fight against opioid addiction. In months of interviews with The Associated Press, years of diary entries, videos, photos and medical records, Deb has shared her own family’s fight in the hopes it can alert the world to Australia’s plight.

Sam was 19 when it all began, a good kid with a good job as a factory machine operator. He loved photography and walking in the woods and doting on his dog, Holly, and cockatiel, Yazoo. He was close to his mother, who had raised him on her own since he was a toddler, and who shared his fondness for music and the beach. He had little interest in drinking and none in drugs.

In Oct. 2015, his dentist recommended he have his wisdom teeth pulled. He was sent home afterward with a prescription for an opioid painkiller.

Kerryn, a single mother of four, cannot talk about the cashless welfare card’s impact on her nine-year-old daughter without crying.

“I can manage all the issues and problems with the card but what I can’t handle is the way that it’s affecting my children,” she says from Bundaberg, in south-east Queensland.

    Loading

“My nine-year-old doesn’t want to ask me for things anymore because she’s – I don’t have the cash to do it. She’s told me that we’re poor now because I now have to say no to things I used to say yes to.”

The 32-year-old is one of about 15,000 Australians using the government’s cashless debit card – which quarantines 80 per cent of unemployment and other welfare payments to limit spending on alcohol, drugs or gambling.

Trials of the card started in 2016 in Ceduna, in remote South Australia, and the East Kimberley region in Western Australia before being introduced in the WA goldfields and the Bundaberg and Hervey Bay region in Queensland.

The federal government is now planning to extend the trials to another 22,500 people in Cape York and the Northern Territory, and Prime Minister Scott Morrison is eyeing an eventual national rollout as part of a reset of its welfare agenda he says is driven by “compassionate conservatism”.

But the towns on the front line remain divided: community workers have seen the card help some and burden others; health professionals say addiction is a health, not welfare, issue and question the card’s success in reducing substance abuse; and welfare groups say the card stigmatises already vulnerable people and increases their financial stress.

The cashless debit card restricts welfare recipients to roughly $200 cash a month and prevents them purchasing goods from stores whose main trade is alcohol. Gift cards for stores with alcohol can’t be purchased and users can’t withdraw cash or direct debit to unapproved accounts.

Lovely update from New Zealand, if you are seeking to move there, you better be in the top 1% … and also, under 45 as well, in addition to this lovely paragraph:

    https://thespinoff.co.nz/food/26-09-2019/a-restaurant-owner-on-how-immigration-changes-will-hurt-her-industry/

From 2020, anyone looking to a pathway for residence will have to be on a “high skill” rate. According to Immigration NZ, that means new migrants will need to be in a pay bracket of over $104,000 a year. Everyone under that pay grade is considered low skill and can apply only for a temporary work visa. This will last a year, can be renewed twice, and that’s it – then you have to go home and can’t reapply for a year. The message from the government is clear – you can only be one of us if you are in the top percentile of earners.

Whew, that means if you have the money, you can finally now pay for the white honey. Many will be unemployed, in dead-end jobs or just graduated into a terrible economy.

That also means fewer walking stereotypes of “me love you long time” too! But on the flip side, Asian women are going to be desperate to pair up with an NZ guy … better pump and dump it looks like!

Ah, kiwiland/NZ finally admitted that they have a crappy legal system (they call it a “justice” system, go figure):
Justice system failures at all levels – independent report
    9 Jun, 2019 9:15am 4 minutes to read

An independent report into the justice system says that is failing New Zealanders at all levels and requires transformative change that will take a generation.

The report, called A Vessel of Tears and released this morning, is from the Safe and Effective Justice Advisory Group, chair by former National Party Minister Chester Borrows.

It is an interim report that is the culmination of months of talking to thousands of people nationwide about their experiences with the justice system.

It paints a bleak picture of deep dissatisfaction across all aspects of the criminal justice system, and the social neglect, poverty and prejudice that drives people to crime.

    Advertise with NZME.
    The report’s key points include:

    • Victims of crime often feel “unheard, misunderstood and revictimised”, and their experience with the justice system sometimes increases distress; 83 per cent of victims say the system is not safe for victims.

    • The number of Maori in the system (16 per cent of the population but 51 per cent of the prison muster) is a crisis, as “the effects of colonisation undermine, disenfranchise and conspire to trap Maori in the criminal justice system.

    • Family and sexual violence is “an enormous problem”, and sexual assault victims have among the worst experiences; one in five women have experienced partner violence, one in three sexual violence, while 29 per cent of family violence deaths are neglected or abused children.

    • Justice processes are confusing, alienating, and unfairly favour those with money and education. Issues include the adversarial system, delays, inconsistencies and difficulties in accessing justice.

    • The system focuses on punishment rather than rehabilitation and there is widespread frustration that mental illness, addiction, and drug and alcohol abuse are treated as criminal justice issues, not health issues.

    • People feel unsupported and disempowered by the system, and the ability of iwi, communities, NGOs and others to help is constrained by the siloed nature of government services.

“The overwhelming impression we got from people who have experienced the criminal justice system is one of grief,” Borrows said this morning.

“Far too many New Zealanders feel the system has not dealt with them fairly, compassionately or with respect – and in many cases has caused more harm.”

They should ask the criminals about their feelings, what I saw in NZ was that they got guaranteed jobs, short jail sentences, better meals than fee-paying university students (including international students, that pay 5x the fees of locals), and people were encouraged not to hold their past against them …

meanwhile international students get told they are not a “cultural fit for NZ” (I guess those people that beat up and steal from others are),
“work too hard” (by turning up on time and regularly)
and “don’t mix around” (when the kiwis ignore them or try covert racism).

What goes around comes around, and for many people, letting others suffer crime is an acceptable cost for social harmony. In some ways, NZ reminds me of Sandford, the quiet town with a criminal element in Hot Fuzz (2007)

Just in time for kiwis to experience the “justice system”:

A man driving a light coloured ute has assaulted a woman in an attempted snatch and grab outside the shops on Wycola Ave last Friday.
A woman who was grabbed around the throat and nearly pulled into a van called 111 and was told to report the attack at her local police station the next day.

Her angry husband says the attack warranted immediate action, calling the police response “bull….”. Police are now reviewing the case.

Before jumping on the police here I would want to know exactly what information was provided during the 111 call. There’s a big difference between a message of “a vehicle nearly hit me but it didn’t and I’m not in any danger now” and “I’ve just been assaulted and nearly abducted”.

Is the woman justified in being upset (why does the article make it out that only the husband is upset) – absolutely. Is this story presented exactly the way it was communicated at the time – uncertain. There’s a lot more outrage and clicks generated from a salacious headline like “Police refuse to respond to assault and attempted abduction of Muslim woman because they are all racist” than from “Man upset because police didn’t respond as quickly as hoped”.

A guy tried to beat me up at 6:30pm on a Friday night at the local shops in Grafton a few weeks back, and I escaped and called the police. Took a literal 5 minutes for 111 to answer. They did not send anyone. They asked me to go around to all the shops and ask if they have CCTV and e-mail the police to update them on the case.

I was out of danger at this point, but fighting-meth-dude was still raging around the shops. I just walked home and moved on. I find this news article completely believable.

Holy shit. They actually told you to investigate the crime yourself and report and progress or evidence.

In a similar vein, my car was broken into near Canterbury University a few months ago during the day (nothing of any real value was stolen). The thief had left the drivers door ajar and the battery was flat, so I knocked on the door of the house I was parked in front of to ask if I could get a jump start. I was speaking to the home owners who said they had clearly seen someone acting suspiciously around my car. When I called to report to the police, I mentioned this detail to them, giving the person’s address and information they had relayed to me. At the end of the call the cop said that they would let me know if anything happened. I asked him if they would follow up with the person who witnessed the suspicious person, and he said “No, but you can feel free to and let us know if you find out anything”. I decided if they weren’t interested in doing anything there was no point me pursuing it any further either.

I felt like a spoilt brat telling them “yeah, ummm, I’m not gonna do that, but you might want to go check the guy isn’t trying to hurt anyone else…”.

Try handing in a lost wallet, they tell you to give it to a bank.

My dad used to work in an industrial area, and one Saturday afternoon about 15 years ago he and his co-worker noticed a car full of people driving slowly through the various carparks on the street. They were obviously casing the area, but my dad knew from experience that if he called he police nothing would happen. So this time he called the police and told them he couldn’t be sure, but he thought he might have seen a firearm in the car.

The police were patrolling the area within 10 minutes.

Which is why you always say the assailant has a gun. I don’t give a shit about triage decisions, if someone is trying to attack me I’ll say what is required to get an immediate response.

The joke this is based on is quite old and funny: A farmer gets sent to jail, and his wife is trying to hold the farm together until her husband can get out. She’s not, however, very good at farm work, so she writes a letter to him in jail: “Dear sweetheart, I want to plant the potatoes. When is the best time to do it?”
The farmer writes back: “Honey, don’t go near that field. That’s where all my guns are buried.”

But, because he is in jail all of the farmer’s mail is censored. So when the sheriff and his deputies read this, they all run out to the farm and dig up the entire potato field looking for guns. After two full days of digging, they don’t find one single weapon.

The farmer then writes to his wife: “Honey, now is when you should plant the potatoes.”

But if people think “Oh, I’ll run off to the UK, things are better there”:
Police turning a blind eye to crime: Devastating dispatch from the worst force in Britain shows what’s gone wrong with policing as warped priorities and inept leadership leave community in fearful despair
Jeanette Carroll was punched by a man while walking dogs in Middlesbrough
Cleveland Police told her the assault ‘wasn’t serious enough’ for emergency turn-out
She waited eight days for police to ask for her statement and was ‘patronised’
at least they came to ask her though, in NZ she would have had to turn up at the police station to be heard
The force has been branded ‘inadequate’ across the whole of policing standards
Cleveland might be regarded as a microcosm of the UK’s creaking police service

Mrs Carroll is sure she could identify the culprit, and believes he lives less than 200 yards from her Middlesbrough home. Yet he remains at liberty. She still wears a brace on her teeth, can only drink soup and takes painkillers.

Hahaha, time for people to realise that in a lot of “advanced, developed” countries, classes are “well-segregated” so that the complaints of the working class/non-rich are “suitably ignored”.
