On the Cheapness of Human Life

It seems that many readers thought that my question about how much money it would take to hypothetically get you to kill AND torture somebody you sorta knew stuck a nerve. But isn’t such behavior common and legal? Let me give you some examples-

1. What is the per hour pay for a police ‘officer’ who accidentally kills the wrong black person? What about a swat team who “accidentally” enters the wrong house and kills the wrong black man or child?

2. What is the per hour pay for a corrections ‘officer’ who is supervising a facility containing people who are in prison for victimless crimes, minor offences or non-violent drug sales or possession?

3. What is the per patient visit pay for an ER doctor who ignores pain in a black or poor white person because they might be trying to score drugs by faking it?

4. What is the per hour pay for people who work in poorly run assisted-living facilities? What about the per hour pay for nurses whose carelessness causes pain or death of patients under their care?

5. What about the per hour wage of social workers who pretend to help those down on their luck but have a vested interest in keeping them destitute to preserve their livelihood.

6. What is the per hour wage of an HR cunt who does not hire a capable, but desperate guy, thereby setting of a chain of events that ends in that person’s death?

I can give you many more examples, but you get my point- right?

You cannot say something is different or “normal” if the intended end result is the same.

You are now talking about your everyday sadist. They are all about the little bit of power they have. So many of them love the power. They are happy to stay at the old folks home for nine bucks an hour. It is the only fun they get. Keep an extra eye on nurses and child care workers. Petty bitches that hide behind their kindness.

What did a Nazi guard get paid? Or was it for kicks?

anyways, I’ll see if I can dig up another link that did find the “personality profiles” of some of the guards and also mentioned a movement in Germany where parents were to show their infants as little affection as possible in making them “tougher.” Definetely getting in the realm of “pop psychology.”

It was a pretty well paying moderately prestigious gig actually, not that different than being a corrections officer in California.

Now the reason life is cheap though is simple, to our animal brain people outside the “tribe” and outside the Dunbar Limit are not people. They are people like things and as such its increasingly difficult to build ethical codes thats stop predation. Also crowding causes stress and want and as such, naturally increases predation.

    So stress+un-people means sadism.

Now in a non stressed environment (this rules out pretty much all of modern civilization which is designed to create anomie) with material plenty and good values, well people are pretty nice to kin much of the time.

Now these ideas are far from new .Rudyard Kipling wrote about a society which understood that “crowding equals trouble” and rebuilt itself into small villages called “With the Night Mail” and “As Easy as A.B.C” back in 1905 and 1912 .

However baring some kind of super weapon system, in reality such a society while healthier for people (if so long as it had a few cities) would be prey for psychopathic empire builder types. which is why such systems can’t be made to work.
