One of My Ongoing Projects: Dec 27, 2011

While I have considered writing an e-book (or two) based on my blog for a few months, events in my life had made it hard to devote enough time to do it properly- especially while blogging at the same time. However a fortuitous combination of circumstances and the purchase of a tablet has allowed me to start combining and refining my thoughts towards that end.

Currently I am thinking about something along the lines of how rapidly changing technology, ubiquitous communication, racial and demographic shifts along with the ongoing worldwide loss of faith in traditional authority and institutions will shape the world- and how it is already affecting how WE perceive the world around us. Let me know if you have any more suggestions or ideas.

I am still undecided about putting a price, however small, on the e-book. While I would not mind making some money off it, that is not the driving force behind what I do. My goals are somewhat larger than making a few bucks from my world view.

Make it one of those “pay whatever you like” pricing plans.

Agreed. Someone who worships sociopaths as much as you should throw them a subsidy. It’s a nice gesture.

Some actual advice: you need more focus than what you’ve laid out above. Gather evidence for your 3-4 core trends, and then make two or three predictions based on them, and defend them in turn. You want a unifying theme, not just “generic dystopianism.” It may even be worth narrowing down to a single prediction. If it goes well, you can tackle your other ideas later.

No reason ebooks have to be 200-300 pages. Make smaller bets, get your ideas out there, and improvise from there.

Which sectors of rapidly changing technology in particular?

Well, there is surely alot of ground to plow in the race realism area. If you slam whites hard, I can promise you that you will be quite popular and make alot of money.

Just write about the common WN ideas that we know cold but the public doesn’t: whites make up 7% of the world’s population and shrinking, as the population of whites decreases western civilization MUST decline, the police MUST become more brutal, and so on.
