Trump Presidency Has Made Hollywood Scriptwriters Look Uncreative

In a previous post, I wrote about my theories on the reasons why Trump is publicly despised by entertainment “celebrities” after he ran for the presidency and won in 2016. And this got me thinking.. how does Trump compare to some of the more “colorful” and unconventional political characters depicted in movies and on TV. As some of you may know, there have been more than a few unflattering depictions of political figures in film and TV over the years. For example, the persona of the titular character in Bob Roberts (1992) has noticeable similarities to Trump. Then again, the main character in that movie was running for a senate seat and not the presidency.

Bulworth (1998) is another movie in which the central character has some resemble to the Trump persona– though most policies advocated by him in it are closer to those of Bernie Sanders. In case you are interested, here is another list of movie which have a main character with some sort of resemblance to the Trump persona– though only 3-4 of them are close enough. My point is that even the normally outrageous imagination of Hollywood scriptwriters could not come up with anything close to the reality of Trump. If you do not believe me, just read a small selection of his official Tweets from the past eight days. Here is part one of the screenshots..

Still not satisfied.. here is part two.

What do you think? Comments?

Wrong! Hollywood has amply demonstrated that they are not creative when they immersed themselves in to prequels and remakes which are generally terrible. This happened long before Trump even announced his candidacy. Limiting themselves to comic books for story lines doesn’t help them either.

    Try again.

I run into some pretty contentious points of discussion every now and then. I live in constant fear of embarrassing myself in an argument. This is especially true since I hold unpopular opinions like the good in the use of escorts. What are some methods to blissfully ignore those people who hold differing view points that are disadvantages to myself?

Is it a good strategy to not talk about your viewpoints and do as you please instead?

Considering how traditional relationships have gone off the rails due to women deciding the neither like nor need men anymore, the only honest relationship possible between the genders is for a man to pay a woman for her sexual services.

As too many men have yet to awaken to their conditioning to be sitting duck targets for opportunistic women seeking a free ride, those of us who do believe that the existing scam needs to die need to be out in the open where a man seeking information can find us.

So to refute your own follow up comment, it isn’t a good plan to do as you suggest if one cares about one’s fellow men. Example is a very good educator.

I prefer to lead by example. Therefore, I prefer to ignore things that are just arguments.

So what have you done lately to live up to your philosophy that others can emulate? Enquiring minds want to know!

According to what you called my philosophy, I wouldn’t talk about what I have done, would I?

Besides, my question initially was about how to avoid contentious points of dissuasions with a quip not anything else. How do I do it best? Currently, I agree and do what I want to anyway.

I am guessing that English is not your first language. Is that correct?
